What do you get access to as registered press?
As a media registrant, you will have complimentary access to:
- Scientific sessions, plenary sessions, the exhibit hall, and the poster hall
- Tickets to ADLM University courses (available in ADLM's onsite press room)
Roundtable sessions are closed to the press due to their small attendance size, but we will be happy to schedule interviews with roundtable speakers.
Photography and videotaping
Registered media are allowed to take photos and video record in the exhibit hall, but only after receiving prior approval from the ADLM Communications team. Registered media must also receive approval from the exhibitors whose booths they are photographing/videotaping.
Registered media may not take photos or videotape any ADLM sessions.
Requests to take photographs or videotape in other parts of the convention center outside the exhibit hall and sessions will be reviewed and approved by the ADLM Communications team on a case-by-case basis.
To submit a photography/videotaping request, please send the following information to ADLM Director of Editorial and Media Relations, Christine DeLong:
- Purpose of the photography/video shoot
- Planned location of the shoot within the convention center
- Planned date and time of shoot
